Before purchase

The checkout page will show the current price, what is included, and whether payment is one-time or recurring. The Personal Roadmap is intended to be a personalized digital product.

Personalized digital delivery

Because the roadmap is generated from the purchaser’s own answers and tool results, refunds may be limited after the personalized file has been generated or delivered, subject to applicable law.

Problems we will correct

If a duplicate charge occurs, the wrong file is delivered, or a technical failure prevents access to a purchased roadmap, contact support using the purchase-confirmation instructions so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

Payment disputes

Please use the support process first when possible so a duplicate, delivery, or technical problem can be investigated promptly.
